About The Role :
The sorting facility supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sorting operations and ensuring all parcels are received, processed and dispatched correctly and on schedule. The role involves coordinating with team leaders and team staff, maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the sorting facility manager in achieving operational targets.

Job Responsibilities :
- Manage daily warehouse and logistics activities, focusing on returns processing and reverse logistics workflows
- Receive and process inbound dispatches from central sorting facilities, categorizing orders by geographic zone or delivery route
- Arrange day-to-day dispatch of shipments and sort shipments based on delivery addresses
- Manage end-of-day processes, including receipt and reconciliation of all orders and documentation from drivers upon route completion
- Coordinate the return transfer of canceled orders to the sorting facility after exceeding the designated holding period.
- Manage the rejected return from merchant (Missing/Damage/Mixed).
- Actively monitor and manage inbound and outbound operational queues, ensuring that pending shipments, returns, and exceptions are prioritized and processed in a timely manner to prevent backlogs.
