Job Duties:-
• Own hub-level ASR (Attempt Success Rate), DSR, and Delivery Promise across the assigned area;
set and deliver weekly targets.
• Monitor daily performance dashboards and lead root-cause analysis whenever a KPI slips.
• Manage COD delivery execution and reduce failed and fake delivery attempts.
• Plan courier capacity against volume and keep load per courier (OFD/courier) within a healthy,
sustainable range.
Balance the fleet mix (motorcycles vs. vehicles) to volume, geography, and parcel profile.
Backlog & Aging Control
• Keep forward backlog and parcel aging within SLA; coordinate overflow across hubs when
demand spikes.
• Drive down fake attempts, wrong-zoning, not-found, and lost/damaged parcels.
• Enforce exception-handling, scanning, and dispatch discipline across all hubs.
• Own cost-per-package for the area; manage courier contract rates and right-size structural
capacity.
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leads and supervisors; build a performance-driven culture.
• Partner with Mid-Mile, Tech, Fulfillment, Quality, and Commercial teams to resolve cross-
functional issues and protect merchant experience.
• Produce clear, data-driven weekly performance reviews for leadership
set and deliver weekly targets.

Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years in last-mile, logistics, or field operations, including 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong data literacy — confident with Excel, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Proven fleet / courier management and capacity-planning experience.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Fluent Arabic; good written and spoken English.
• Based in Greater Cairo and able to travel across assigned hubs.
