About The Role :

As the Fleet Quality Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance how Bosta applies its houserules. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute initiatives that elevate Stars quality and performance.

Job Responisbilities :

    -Develop Bosta houserules and look into how they’re being applied.

    -Develop a strategy to tackle fake attempts that a Star would do.

    -Analyze Stars behaviours and reactions and develop the correct tools and methedologies for elevating the overall fleet quality.

    -You’ll manage a big team of coordinators who work on these rules on daily basis.

    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline stars’ touchpoints, ensuring efficient policies.

    -Utilize star insights to drive product and service enhancements.

    -Be an advocate and voice for the star within the organization.

    -Build and manage relationships with stars.

    -Provide high-level analysis and reporting.

    -Report and analyze project results, taking corrective actions when needed.

Job Qualifications :

    -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    -5+ years of experience of relevant work experience.

    -Strong analytical skills.

    -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

    -Ability to handle multiple tasks.

    -Strategic thinking and Team player.

    -Excellent communication skills.

    -Identify data discrepancies and issues.

    -Able to swiftly escalate identified concerns to the relevant teams and channels.
