About The Role!
This is the ideal role for someone with B2B customer success experience, who’s looking for their first steps towards account management. You’ll collaborate closely with other members of the Commercial team to ensure that our partners are set up to be successful.
As an Account Manager, you will be one of the pioneering members who are responsible for managing a defined portfolio of major clients and positively contribute to expanding business relations and the retention of existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

    RTO management – Return to Origin

    • Oversee end-to-end Return to Origin workflow for undelivered or rejected shipments
    • Coordinate with couriers and last-mile partners to ensure timely RTO processing
    • Monitor RTO rates and implement action plans to reduce unnecessary returns
    • Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and restocking of RTO items
    • RTV management – Return to Vendor

      • Manage Return to Vendor process including claims, documentation, and vendor coordination
      • Track defective, expired, or non-conforming stock eligible for vendor returns
      • Negotiate return terms and credit notes with suppliers and vendors
      • Ensure compliance with vendor return agreements and SLAs
      • Reporting & analytics

        • Produce regular reports on RTO/RTV volumes, root causes, and financial impact
        • Identify trends and implement corrective actions to reduce return rates
        • Present performance metrics and KPIs to senior management
        • Team & cross-functional collaboration

          • Lead and develop the reverse logistics team including coordinators and warehouse staff
          • Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams on returns-related issues
          • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce losses

Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
    • 3–5 years in logistics or reverse logistics operations
    • Prior experience managing RTO/RTV processes
    • Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics systems
    • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
