About The Role:
The Audit Specialist is responsible for day-to-day quality audits across fulfillment operations to ensure all SOPs, quality standards, and operational guidelines are consistently followed. The role focuses on random order audits, end-to-end process checks, and exception investigation to protect order quality, accuracy, and customer experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Order & Process Auditing:
  • Conduct random audits on packed orders to verify compliance with picking and packing SOPs.
  • Select random orders at merchant level for full end-to-end audit (pick → pack → staging → transfer).
  • Ensure correct items, quantities, packaging materials, and labeling standards are applied.
  • CCTV & Traceability Review:
  • Review CCTV footage to trace audited orders across the fulfillment process.
  • Verify that quality, handling, and safety guidelines were followed at each step.
  • Identify deviations, errors, or non-compliance with SOPs.
  • Exception & Delay Investigation:
  • Investigate delayed orders to determine root cause.
  • Recommend order cancellation in cases of confirmed loss, damage, or irrecoverable exceptions, following approval workflows.
  • Document findings and escalation clearly.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure all operational guidelines and quality standards are met.
  • Identify recurring issues, weak controls, or process gaps.
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Document audit findings, evidence, and outcomes.
  • Maintain daily audit logs and quality reports.
  • Share insights on error trends, merchant-specific issues, or operational risks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Coordinate with Outbound, Inbound, Inventory, Account Management, and Operations teams to close audit findings.
  • Support training and awareness by sharing audit learnings with operations teams.

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, quality, audit, or compliance roles.
  • Experience reviewing CCTV or operational logs is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and investigative mindset.
