About The Role :
The sorting facility supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sorting operations and ensuring all parcels are received, processed and dispatched correctly and on schedule. The role involves coordinating with team leaders and team staff, maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the sorting facility manager in achieving operational targets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations to ensure smooth delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist users with fleet-related requests, documentation, and operational processes.
- Follow up with field offices and in-house drivers/couriers to resolve attendance, performance, or operational issues.
- Handle issues related to driver wallets and small-scale billing matters, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies or queries.
- Coordinate with Supervisor to implement fleet policies and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for fleet operations, driver attendance, issue tracking, and billing support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet operations or coordination.
- Knowledge of fleet management processes, driver operations, and field coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
