About The Role!
This role focuses on driving sales of financing products through outbound and inbound calls. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable financial solutions, and manage a high volume of leads with consistent follow-up. The role requires meeting monthly sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring policy compliance, and working closely with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote financing products.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of leads with disciplined follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support client onboarding.

Job Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and digital finance platforms.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
