We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up.
The Sales Manager/ Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to drive new merchant acquisition, exceed revenue targets, and expand market share in the e-commerce logistics sector. The role includes performance management, coaching, pipeline supervision, and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve new customer acquisition goals
  • Monitor sales pipeline via CRM (e.g., Freshsales) and ensure continuous deal progression
  • Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Tech, Finance) to ensure seamless merchant onboardin
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and provide coaching to improve team productivity
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in negotiating commercial offers and closing strategic deals when needed
  • Maintain an active understanding of the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department
  • Identify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment

Who are you?

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics or e-commerce sectors
  • Proven track record of team management and target achievement
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (preferably Freshsales)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be results-oriented and goal-driven
  • Outgoing and persuasive personality
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales
  • Strong existing working relationships with clients
  • Very good English level.
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry is a plus
  • Experience using support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough cases from couriers .. etc.,
  • Multi-tasking abilities
