The role:
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Manager – Delivery Solutions to oversee the operations and growth of our PUDO (Pick-up & Drop-off) network. This role will focus on managing partner acquisition, onboarding, performance monitoring, and process optimization to ensure a seamless last-mile delivery experience. The Manager will work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to optimize network efficiency, partner engagement, and customer convenience.
Job Responsibilities
- PUDO Network Management & Optimization:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PUDO network, ensuring consistent partner performance and high service levels.
- Monitor and optimize the network to meet delivery coverage targets, customer demand, and operational KPIs.
- Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions to improve proximity, convenience, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all PUDO locations, geofences, and network performance metrics.
- 2. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard retail, convenience, and logistics partners to expand the PUDO network.
- Conduct partner negotiations, establish clear expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure partners are trained, compliant, and fully integrated with the delivery platform.
- Resolve operational issues with partners promptly to minimize service disruptions.
- 3. Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting:
- Analyze delivery heat maps, customer density, and historical performance to inform expansion and operational priorities.
- Monitor KPIs such as onboarding SLA, geofence accuracy, partner performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Use data to identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- 4. Process Improvement & Automation:
- Support automation initiatives for partner onboarding, tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for partner management and network operations.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams to ensure seamless partner integration and platform functionality.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and improve last-mile delivery.
- Support initiatives to improve overall delivery experience, reduce delays, and enhance service quality..
Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience in quick commerce (Q-commerce), e-commerce logistics, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Proven ability to manage and scale partner networks (experience with 100+ sites preferred).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of last-mile logistics, delivery operations, and retail partnerships.
- Familiarity with logistics tech platforms, integrations, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
