About the Role:
As a Manager of Bosta Documents, you will be responsible for leading the sales team focused on acquiring corporate clients for our documents shipping service. You will drive revenue growth, expand our corporate portfolio, and position our documents product as the fastest, most reliable solution in the market. You will manage a team of B2B acquisition specialists, set clear targets, and ensure strong execution across the entire sales funnel.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Documents Sales Team responsible for corporate acquisition
- Set monthly and quarterly team targets and ensure achievement of all KPIs
- Identify, prospect, and close new corporate clients for our documents delivery service
- Conduct joint field visits, sales presentations, and high-level meetings with decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline for documents shipping
- Support the team in negotiations and closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to support the documents vertical
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Develop sales strategies and account plans to expand our corporate footprint
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities in the documents segment
- Ensure all sales activities and client records are accurately updated in CRM systems
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team productivity
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in courier, logistics, delivery, or service-based industries)
- Previous experience leading a team or supervising sales staff
- Proven track record in acquiring and closing corporate clients
- Very good English communication skills, spoken and written
- Having a car and a valid driving license is a must
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
