Role Summary:
We are seeking a Growth Manager (CVM) to lead initiatives that enhance the health, profitability, and engagement of our merchant base. This role is pivotal in driving merchant lifetime value, revenue growth, and retention by leveraging deep data insights and targeted activation strategies. You will work with extensive datasets to uncover opportunities, design base management plans, and execute actions that strengthen merchant relationships with Bosta. Equipped with a dedicated growth budget, you will help shape and deliver multi-channel initiatives that maximize merchant revenues and contribution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Merchant Segmentation & Opportunity Identification: Analyze merchant performance data to segment the base and identify high-potential clusters requiring intervention or growth initiatives.
  • Base Management & Retention Strategy: Design and implement structured base management plans aimed at improving merchant retention, engagement, and long-term stickiness with Bosta’s ecosystem.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Own and monitor the team’s budget allocation and daily spend, ensuring all growth activities deliver measurable ROI and sustainable impact on profitability.
  • Revenue Growth & Acquisition Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new acquisition streams and tactical campaigns that expand and strengthen the existing merchant base.
  • Churn Recovery & Reactivation: Build and execute targeted reactivation strategies to win back dormant and churned merchants through data-led communication and tailored offers.

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 6 years years of Experience in the same role or similar roles.
  • Education & Certificates: Computer Science, Engineering, Business informatics, Business Management
  • Skills Needed: SQL, Python, Microsoft office, Stakeholder management, Data Storytelling & Influencing, A/B Testing, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Background Preference (Industry): E-commerce, Logistics, Food delivery, Telecom or Fintech
