The Partnerships Specialist will support the commercial team in the execution, coordination, and tracking of partnership initiatives. The role will focus on internal alignment across departments such as Legal, Operations, Tech, and Product, while also contributing to research, reporting, and light partner-facing support. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage processes while also engaging with partners in a professional, supportive capacity.
Job Responsibilities
- Execution Support & Internal Coordination
- Assist with executing partnership agreements by coordinating with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Tech, Product) to ensure smooth rollouts, integrations, and deliverables.
- Follow up on timelines and internal action items to support timely partnership launches and execution.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and track partnership performance indicators (e.g., usage, engagement, revenue contribution).
- Help maintain dashboards and prepare regular performance reports and ad-hoc updates for the commercial team.
- Contracts & Documentation
- Support in preparing, routing, and maintaining partnership contracts and approvals.
- Keep organized records of agreements, proposals, and partner-related documentation.
- Research & Partner Support
- Conduct research on potential partners and prepare briefs or background notes for the team.
- Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Provide light support in partner communications (e.g., handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings) under the guidance of the commercial team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives.
- Share updates and ensure clear communication across departments regarding partnership progress and requirements.
Internal Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience at Bosta.
- No recent moves within the past 6 months.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in Business Development.
- Performance record: Achieved at least 80% of KPIs/targets over the past 6 months.
- Previous experience in Business Development and Market Research is a strong plus.
