Job responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily transportation across sites and shifts, ensuring safety, capacity, and on-time performance.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to maintain high service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs (on-time rate, completion, incidents); analyze data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
  • Control budgets and spending, forecast costs, validate invoices, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance and safety, verify driver/vehicle readiness, conduct audits, and manage training and SOP adherence.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in transportation operations, fleet, or logistics management, ideally across multiple sites or large teams.
  • Proven ability in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and performance management.
  • Working knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
