The Role!:
The role involves managing and maintaining accurate merchant data within Bosta’s systems to ensure smooth
operations and compliance. It requires overseeing the status of merchant accounts, handling contracts and related
documentation, and supporting the sales team with organized records. Additionally, the position contributes to
business growth by conducting market research and identifying competitive opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Upload, update, and ensure the accuracy of merchant information in Bosta’s systems in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain records of active, inactive, and closed merchant accounts.
- Collect, organize, and file merchant contracts, amendments, and other sales-related documentation.
- Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities within the competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, (logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
