About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Sr. Manager to lead our sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and business development in the E-commerce or Shipping field, with a deep understanding of the logistics industry and the ability to manage a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a sales team and review the process from initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales team performance
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and business development in the logistics or E-commerce industry, including 3 years at least in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English level.
