Job Duties
- Oversee the hub’s daily operations, infrastructure, and workflow to ensure efficiency and SLA compliance.
- Manage cash flow and financial activities, including COD collections, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
- Supervise and support hub staff, ensuring strong performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments, maintaining next-day delivery and cancellation SLAs.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate regular operational reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Lead by example, coach and develop team members, and foster collaboration across all hub functions.
- Resolve daily operational issues, follow up on tickets (e.g., Freshdesk), and maintain smooth communication with other teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hub or warehouse operations, preferably within the shipping or e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience in team leadership and supervision.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
