About Role:
Seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure operational continuity through effective preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Technicians will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, enhance equipment reliability, and support process improvements
Main Responsibilities:
- perform routine and emergency repairs tasks on equipment including inspection, lubrication,and adjustment to ensure proper function and longevity.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and maintain machinery.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities, such as cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts, to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
- Quick response to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment diagrams.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical ( or equivalent ).
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of equipment.
- Experience with conveyor systems and motor with gearbox.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults.
