The role:
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Head of PUDO (Pick-up & Drop-off Points) to design, build, and scale our nationwide PUDO network. This leader will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing a large ecosystem of partner locations while ensuring seamless integration with our technology platform. The goal is to establish 2,000+ pickup points, strategically selected using delivery heat maps to maximize customer convenience and proximity. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: capable of building and leading a team, driving innovation in service-level automation, and leveraging data to design processes that scale efficiently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and scale a 2,000+ PUDO point network, guided by delivery heat maps and customer density analysis.
- Identify and acquire retail, convenience, and logistics partners to join the PUDO ecosystem.
- Negotiate and secure long-term partnerships to ensure stability and growth of the network.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team focused on partner acquisition, onboarding, and management.
- Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, goals, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure all partners are connected through a unified PUDO platform.
- Drive end-to-end automation of partner onboarding, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Define and monitor SLA metrics, ensuring service consistency and reliability.
- Use customer and delivery data to identify optimal PUDO locations and expansion priorities.Continuously refine network design to improve proximity, convenience, and cost efficiency.
- Provide strategic insights to improve delivery experience, reduce last-mile costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in quick commerce (Q-commerce) or e-commerce logistics is a must.
- Strong background in building and scaling partner ecosystems (preferably 1,000+ sites or equivalent).
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Deep understanding of last-mile logistics, delivery operations, and retail partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of logistics tech platforms, integrations, and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Number of Successful Partners Onboarded – measured by active and fully integrated PUDO points.
- SLA of Partner Onboarding – time from partner sign-up to live activation.
- Geofence Accuracy – precision of partner locations within defined customer delivery zones.
