Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Learn techniques for identifying and attracting top talent through multiple sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Support interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and understanding of assessment practices.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s brand to potential candidates through social media and digital platforms.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Help build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Enhance communication skills by engaging with candidates and supporting offer processes.
  • Research and Learning: Conduct research on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Performance Management Support: Help the HR team coordinate performance reviews and gather employee feedback to support development.
  • Employer Branding and Engagement: Assist in initiatives that boost internal engagement and company culture, including event planning and feedback collection.

Requirements:

  • A university final year student or a fresh graduate majoring in Business, Management, or a relevant.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
About the Internship:
Our internship program is designed for fresh graduates and last-year students who are passionate about learning and eager to take on new challenges.
What you need to know about this program:
This internship will last for 2 months, starting on the 1st of July till the end of August.
We offer compensation for the entire duration of the internship program.
It's a hybrid opportunity based on the team schedule.
