About the Role:
As the Fleet Quality Manager, you will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance how Bosta applies its houserules. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute initiatives that elevate Stars quality and performance.

What you'll do:

  • Develop Bosta houserules and look into how they’re being applied
  • Develop a strategy to tackle fake attempts that a Star would do
  • Analyze Stars behaviours and reactions and develop the correct tools and methodologies for elevating the overall fleet quality
  • You’ll manage a big team of coordinators who work on these rules on daily basis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline stars’ touchpoints, ensuring efficient policies. Utilize star insights to drive product and service enhancements
  • Be an advocate and voice for the star within the organization
  • Build and manage relationships with stars
  • Provide high-level analysis and reporting
  • Report and analyze project results, taking corrective actions when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
