The Head of Total Rewards is a senior HR leader responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the organization. This role ensures that reward structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's business goals and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading large-scale total rewards projects, including job evaluation, grading systems, and variable pay programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs
  • Lead and execute organization-wide projects such as job evaluation, market benchmarking, job grading, and pay structure design
  • Design variable pay schemes including commission plans, KPI-driven performance bonuses, and short- and long-term incentive plans
  • Customize reward solutions that align with different job families, business units, and organizational levels
  • Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation and governance matters
  • Conduct regular market analyses and compensation benchmarking to maintain competitiveness
  • Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure alignment between rewards and business performance
  • Manage compensation cycle processes such as annual merit reviews, bonus planning, and salary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Implement tools, systems, and analytics to track and improve reward effectiveness though regular and special analytics of Cost of Talent and performance efficiency.

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s or certification such as CCP preferred)
  • 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in total rewards
  • Proven experience managing large compensation projects and frameworks (e.g., job grading, pay structures
  • Strong understanding of incentive and commission scheme design across diverse functions (sales, operations, support)
  • Skilled in compensation analytics, modeling, and using data to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with global and local regulatory compensation requirements
  • Experience working in matrixed or fast-growing environments
