The Head of Talent Management is a strategic HR leader responsible for designing and executing an integrated talent strategy that supports business growth and employee development. This role oversees the talent lifecycle from acquisition to development and engagement, ensuring a culture of high performance, learning, and inclusion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead talent management strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Engagement
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Champion internal mobility and career pathing initiatives
- Promote a culture of high performance, continuous learning and high engagement
- Partner with HRBPs to drive talent reviews and organizational capability building
- Leverage analytics and employee feedback to inform talent strategies
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and DEI to ensure cohesive employee experience
- Own employer branding and EVP alignment with people practices.
QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 in a talent leadership role
- Proven experience in talent strategy, development, and engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management
