Job Summary:
As a Digital Finance Advisor, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by engaging both new and existing customers through proactive outbound and inbound communication. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and promoting the company’s suite of digital financing products and services. This is a high-impact, target-oriented position ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset and a passion for digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation by conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to promote digital finance solutions.
  • Understand and assess customer financial needs and provide consultative recommendations on suitable products and services.
  • Manage a high volume of leads with consistent follow-up, relationship building, and lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and conversion ratios in a structured and fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, lead tracking, and activity logging.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Customer Support) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on product features, policy changes, and industry trends to support customers with relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance standards, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of tele-sales or inside sales experience, ideally within banking, fintech, lending platforms, or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a consultative selling style.
  • Target-driven and resilient, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, lending solutions, and digital finance

  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and digital communication

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
