The Role.
The Senior Partnerships Specialist role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships. This position will assist in identifying Bosta's potential partners, managing partner communications, and ensuring the successful execution of partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What will you do?
- Responsibilities:
- Partner Identification and Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential partners aligned with company goals.
- Gather and analyze information on prospective partners, including their industry, market position, and potential for collaboration.
- Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries and communications.
- Help coordinate partner meetings and events.
- Partnership Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of partnership agreements and initiatives.
- Support the creation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Help track and monitor partnership performance and metrics.
- Assist in the management of CRM data, and ensuring accurate records of partner interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment of partnership goals.
- Support the communication and coordination of partnership activities across departments.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage partnership-related documentation and records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
Who are you?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- You have 1-3 years of relevant partnerships or Business Development experience preferably in a startup environment.
- You have experience in developing and delivering impactful offline events that support partnership objectives.
- You have excellent command of English.
- You are a strategic thinker.
- You have outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong negotiation, project management & analytical skills.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
