About the Role
We are looking for a highly talented and versatile Creative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in videography, video editing (motion graphics, animation, and other editing styles), and photography. This role requires both technical expertise and a creative eye to bring ideas to life across multiple formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, events).
• Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic video edits that align with brand guidelines.
• Capture professional photography for events, campaigns, content calendar, product shoots, and corporate needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content.
• Ensure all visual assets meet brand standards and deliverables are met within deadlines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in video production, editing, and photography.
• Manage video and photo equipment, ensuring proper setup, usage, and maintenance.
Specific Video Editing Skills Required:
• Motion Graphics
• 2D & 3D Animation
• Colour Grading & Correction
• Sound Editing & Mixing
• Transitions & Effects
• Storytelling & Sequencing
• Text & Subtitling
• Green Screen / Chroma Keying
• Slow Motion & Time-Lapse Editing
• Multi-Camera Editing
• Visual Effects (VFX)
• Exporting & Formatting
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and photography.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D is a plus).
• Skilled in photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Ability to handle a project from concept to final delivery.
• Excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing videography, video editing, motion graphics, animation, and photography work is a must.
