Role Brief: The Growth Analyst will be expected to have a deep understanding of the company's growth metrics, including acquisition, conversion, and retention. This role exists to leverage data in decision-making and autonomously identify and implement growth hacks to achieve success.

What You Will Do

• Analyze user acquisition, activation, and retention data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

• Segment users and develop data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

• Conduct deep dives into user behavior to improve the overall trading and investing experience.

• Develop and track key growth metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Facilitate the creation of educational content that aims to unblock the psychological, educational, & practical barriers stopping people from starting their investing journey.

What You'll Need

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL & Excel.

• Strong argumentation skills that are data-backed.

• A deep understanding of key growth metrics, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.

• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth initiatives.

• Strong financial knowledge (personal finance & investing).

  Nice to Have Skills: Experience from an investment banking or early-stage startup background would be beneficial.
