Location: Maadi

Responsibilities:

- Build and grow strategic supplier relationships across non-food categories
- ⁠Lead negotiations on pricing, rebates, and co-marketing partnerships
- ⁠Optimize assortment and drive category growth through data-backed strategies
- ⁠Monitor vendor performance and ensure service excellence
- ⁠Leverage data to track performance and drive smarter decisions
- ⁠Conduct market insights and 360° scans to benchmark and identify category opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in vendor/category management or procurement (FMCG/F&B required)
- ⁠Proven strength in negotiation and relationship building
- ⁠Strong analytical mindset, passionate about data and growth
- ⁠High ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
- ⁠Specialization in Non-Food categories (consumables, packaging, and cleaning materials) is a must
