We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team and manage key accounts within the HORECA segment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management and sales matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize profitability

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Communicate progress of sales initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients

  • Proactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business with existing accounts

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales, annual forecasts)

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and sales performance

  • Assist with handling challenging client requests or issue escalations

Required Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Account Management role

  • Proven track record in the F&B, FMCG, or HORECA industries

  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Customer-centric approach with a demonstrated track record of building lasting relationships

  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment

  • Proficient in MS Office suite

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and sales techniques

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
