We are seeking a Senior People Generalist to support people functions, including recruitment, operations, performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a start-up background and 3-5 years of experience in the specified people areas.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support people functions: recruitment, operations, performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.

  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy, including the distribution of pay-slips.

  • Manage medical insurance, addressing employee enrollments and concerns.

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment using advanced sourcing tools and job fairs.

  • Attract new employee benefits and ensure fair compensation.

  • Conduct organizational development activities, including creating org charts and job analyses to document job descriptions.

  • Utilize HRIS for streamlined people processes and data management.

  • Design effective onboarding programs for new hires.

  • Advise managers and employees on people policies and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in people functions as outlined above is a must.

  • Experience in a start-up environment is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
