As we launch our next wave of innovative and disruptive financial products, we’re looking for visionary builders who can turn ideas into scalable ventures.

The Role

We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR); a venture builder within Kamel Pay who will identify new opportunities, design products from scratch, and scale them into successful businesses.

You’ll work closely with our leadership, technology, and product teams to transform bold ideas into live fintech solutions across the UAE and KSA.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for entrepreneurial thinkers who thrive on autonomy, creativity, and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and validate new business opportunities in fintech, digital payments, and embedded finance
• Design and launch new products end-to-end, from concept and MVP to market entry and growth
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to test, scale, and commercialize new ventures
• Take full ownership of your product’s performance, P&L, and growth roadmap

What You’ll Bring

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, venture building, or business development, ideally within fintech or startups
• Proven experience launching new digital products or business lines from zero to scale
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset — able to build, pivot, and iterate quickly
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate across technology, commercial, and operational domains
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus)
