We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive engagement through impactful marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management:
· Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and promotional activities.
· Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
· Manage event budgets, logistics, branding, and post-event reporting.
Campaign Management:
· Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote Kamel Pay’s products and services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
· Track campaign performance and prepare reports to measure success and ROI.
Content & Social Media:
· Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms and digital channels.
· Ensure brand consistency across all posts, visuals, and messages.
· Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries and feedback.
Market Research & Group Focus:
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer insights.
· Organize and facilitate focus groups to gather feedback on products and services.
Brand Promotion & Communication:
· Support in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
· Maintain relationships with partners, agencies, and media for brand collaborations.
· Assist in PR initiatives and internal communication campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital services.
- Proven experience in event management, campaign execution, and social media handling.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
