Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Design and maintain UI components and design systems for consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design outcomes.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and intent are preserved.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in fintech and mobile-first interfaces.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or mobile-first startups.
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) and tools like Miro, Zeplin, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for both Android and iOS platforms, with knowledge of platform-specific guidelines.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and UI execution across different product touchpoints.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multi-language (Arabic-English) or RTL UI.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Previous experience working with Agile teams and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Exposure to financial products such as credit, payroll, or remittances.
