Role Objectives

The Senior Supply & Demand Planner ensures business continuity by optimising stock levels, forecasting accurately, and leading replenishment efforts across all Fulfillment Points. They provide visibility to key stakeholders on availability risks and growth opportunities, while continuously improving the end-to-end supply cycle through data analysis and process optimisation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock, and logistics costs, and maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Oversee short- to medium-term forecasting processes, enhancing accuracy and addressing biases to mitigate risks associated with stockouts.
• Serve as the primary liaison between supply & demand and key stakeholders, providing insights on inventory risks and growth opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across the end-to-end supply cycle, analyzing data and processes to identify root causes of issues and drive action plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory turnover, stock availability, and logistics efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the replenishment of products within the category in all Fulfillment Points through replenishment order calculations

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

• 3-5 years of experience in demand & supply planning in FMCG or retail business
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
• Working Knowledge of supply chain planning
• Self-motivated and high level of accountability to function in dynamic environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
