Role Objectives:

The Services Supply & Acquisition Lead is responsible for building and maintaining a reliable supply of qualified service providers to support the growth of Breadfast Services. The role owns end-to-end acquisition, onboarding, and activation across existing and future service verticals, working closely with the Services Director and Operations Lead to align supply with demand, optimize acquisition channels, and ensure provider readiness and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Service Provider Acquisition

  • Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across existing and new service verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified service providers across locations and service categories.
  • Develop and manage multiple acquisition channels, including referrals, partnerships, communities, job platforms, field recruitment, hiring events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Set acquisition targets based on business demand, required capacity, and expansion plans.
  • Continuously test and optimize sourcing channels to improve acquisition volume, quality, and cost efficiency, while managing the acquisition budget and spend allocation across channels.

Supply Planning

  • Partner with the Breadfast Services Director and Operations Lead to translate demand forecasts into supply requirements.
  • Forecast requirements by location, service type, seasonality, and expected demand.
  • Identify current and future supply gaps and develop proactive acquisition plans to address them.
  • Support the launch of new services and locations by developing the required supply ahead of operational launch.
  • Balance supply growth with demand to minimize capacity gaps and unnecessary idle provider capacity.

Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the end-to-end journey from acquisition and selection through onboarding and activation.
  • Ensure all required documentation, system registration, and operational requirements are completed.
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure new providers are fully prepared to start accepting jobs.
  • Develop structured and scalable onboarding processes for different provider categories.
  • Improve time-to-activation and time-to-first-job through streamlined onboarding processes.

Provider Quality & Retention

  • Monitor the quality and early performance of newly acquired providers.
  • Partner with the Operations team to identify and address recurring provider performance or engagement issues.
  • Develop initiatives to improve provider engagement, availability, and long-term participation.
  • Ensure acquisition efforts maintain the right balance between supply volume, provider quality, and operational performance.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define and track key supply and acquisition KPIs, including acquisition volume and cost, funnel conversion, activation rate, time-to-first-job, provider availability, retention, early attrition, and supply-demand coverage.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of different acquisition channels.
  • Analyze acquisition performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Services Director and Operations Lead to align supply plans with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the People team on onboarding requirements, policies, and provider-related processes where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, and other relevant teams to develop and scale acquisition channels.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, workforce management, supply acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Experience in high-volume acquisition, recruitment, or on-demand services is preferred.
  • Proven experience building and managing pipelines of frontline, technical, or service-based workers.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, supply-demand dynamics, and capacity management.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to track funnel and operational KPIs.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple service categories and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
