Role Objectives:

A Lead Workforce Analyst is a critical role within an organization, responsible for managing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, and optimizing resource allocation. They leverage their skills in data analysis, predictive modeling, and business acumen to support strategic decision-making, ensuring that the organization's human resources are effectively utilized to meet business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, organizing, and managing workforce data to provide a clear view of the organization's human resources.
  • Using data analysis and predictive modeling to forecast staffing needs and guide workforce planning.
  • Analyzing workforce data to identify opportunities for resource optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making related to workforce management.
  • Lead workforce analytics projects and initiatives, and guiding the work of junior analysts.
  • Contribute to the development of workforce strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure that workforce planning aligns with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate workforce data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly team performance reviews based on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in workforce analysis or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and the ability to apply these techniques to analyze workforce data and generate insights.
  • Demonstrate a track record of using data to guide workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex workforce data and insights in a clear, business-oriented language.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
