About the Role
As an On-Ground Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer onboarding journey. Your role will focus on facilitating smooth onboarding experiences by collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and professional interaction from start to finish.
Responsibility
Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
Collect and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including identification and proof of address.
Address customer inquiries and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
Provide necessary support and guidance to customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and documentation.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline the onboarding process.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance related to KYC procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the onboarding experience.
Requirements
Fresh Graduates.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Experience in dealing with customers face-to-face.
Experience in dealing with Google suits is a plus.
Experience in FinTech customer onboarding is a plus.
