Role Objectives:

The Production Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling daily production operations through accurate system tracking and reporting on Odoo System.
The role focuses on recording Manufacturing Orders (MO), updating production data, managing daily inventory entries and generating production performance reports. The position acts as a coordination point between Production, W/H and Supply Chains teams to ensure reliable operational data within Odoo ERP system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production data entry and validation (Receiving, Delivering, Material consumption and Actual production) on Odoo System.

• Generate production IPC, follow up and production inventory reports.

• Create, update and close Manufacturing Orders (MO) on Odoo ERP system.

• Execute and monitor internal material transfers between production areas and warehouses, ensuring accurate recording in Odoo system.

• Execute monthly and daily inventory cut-off procedures with physical stock counts on ground and ensure alignment with Odoo records.

• Monitor actual RM (Raw Material) and PM (Packaging Material) inventory accuracy per shift.

• Review and verify Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure alignment with approved product recipes.

• Monitor and follow up on any updates or changes in BOMs within Odoo system and ensure proper implementation on the production floor.

• Track and report daily production KPIs including production fulfillment, operational scrap, breakdowns and estimated revenue losses.

• Update and track production plans in coordination with the Production planning team.

• Ensure production data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with production engineers, production W/H, Chefs and production planning teams to maintain smooth operations.
  
  

  Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in production control, production reporting or manufacturing operations, preferably in food manufacturing.

  • Experience with ERP Systems (Preferred: Odoo ERP)

  • Strong knowledge of production reporting and manufacturing order tracking.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

  • Analytical Thinking.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle production data and reports.

  • Effective communication with cross- functional teams.

  • Flexibility for shift work (day/night rotations).
