Role Objectives
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you support the overall brand strategy and assist in managing the P&L, financial analysis, and campaign briefs. You monitor brand performance, gather customer insights, and collaborate with commercial teams to drive growth and optimize portfolio performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the overall Private Label brand strategy across multiple brands and categories leading and supporting new product introduction, portfolio optimization, commercial performance management, activation, P&L as well as communications
Assist in managing the P&L and conducting financial analysis to improve sales and profit performance as well as take responsibility for brand budgets, ensuring most effective use of spend
Monitoring multiple internal and external brand performance metrics and communicating knowledgeably and rapidly reasons for brand’s performance to a variety of stakeholders
Gathering inputs from customers and research to recommend corrective actions and improvements for specific categories/initiatives
Assist in monitoring market and competitor performance, translating data into meaningful and actional insights
Assist in leading campaign briefs and digital marketing activities (in-app, promotions,) alongside the central marketing and commercial teams
Working closely with commercial initiatives to drive growth across white-space opportunities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3-4 years of experience in brand management within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in growing brands using data-driven and creative strategies.
Strong flexibility and adaptability to dynamic situations.
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in written English and Arabic.
