Role Objectives:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient warehouse operations. This includes managing the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials; maintaining optimal stock levels; and supporting logistics processes through effective use of warehouse systems. The position also involves conducting regular audits, assisting with cycle counts, and safely operating material handling equipment to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate inventory control and streamlined material

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain stock levels and use warehouse systems to support logistics processes.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

• Organize and track inventory in the warehouse system.

• Fulfil and verify outgoing shipments.

• Assist with audits and cycle counts.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1year of experience in the same field.

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety protocols, and inventory systems.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are a plus.

• Ability to perform more than one job at a time.
