Role Objectives
The Odoo Implementation Functional Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The Functional Lead will be responsible for overseeing the project team, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet needed requirements, and ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Functional team to deliver successful Odoo implementations for Breadfast business
Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs using Odoo modules; including which will need implementer configurations and which will ▪ need development customizations
Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations
Provide complete documentation for tasks needing development
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and communication plans to ensure effective project management
Ensure quality assurance processes are in place and followed to deliver high-quality solutions
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks ▪ Collaborate with technical leads, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation process
Mentor/coach the team, and guide them on how to tackle complex system/business problems
Ensure business process requirements are fully translated into system functionality, leading and supporting relevant process improvement initiatives as appropriate
Work closely with users to assess feasibility and reflect requested workflow changes
Work closely with ERP vendors to resolve workflow and technical issues
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation projects
Experience with Odoo ERP implementations, including module customization a configuration
Strong project management skills and experience leading project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
Complete understanding of ERP and open-source concepts
Ability to implement part of or all Odoo modules
Knowledge of Accounting is a plus
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Certified in Odoo is a plus
