Role Objective:
As an Partnerships Acquisition Lead, you will be a key driver of Breadfast’s growth by securing impactful partnerships and leading acquisition initiatives. This role combines strategic relationship-building with data-driven decision-making, ensuring that every deal contributes to Breadfast’s long-term success. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial agreements, optimize performance, and expand Breadfast’s presence in the market.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to create mutually beneficial agreements, optimize performance, and expand Breadfast’s presence in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Lead initiatives to attract and acquire new partners, brands, corporates that align with Breadfast’s growth strategy.
● Work closely with partners and internal teams to develop, negotiate, and execute cooperative agreements that deliver value for all parties.
● Conduct comparative analysis of proposals to ensure the most strategic and cost-effective partnerships.
● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform acquisition strategies.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize business impact.
● Define KPIs, monitor partnership success, and optimize performance for sustainable growth.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
● 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or acquisition roles, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or tech sectors.
● Proven ability to negotiate and close strategic deals.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Analytical mindset with expertise in evaluating deal structures and ROI.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
