Role Objectives

A Senior Graphic Designer Specialist is a professional member of Breadfast family who will be responsible for creating an engaging and creative graphics to visually represent the Breadfast’s brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.
• Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best.
• Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.
• Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
• 3+ years of experience as a sr. graphic designer, visual designer, or similar
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After effect)
• Must be able to deliver creative and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Up to date with the latest design trends & technologies
• Good command of English
• Flexibility/Adaptability
• Problem solver and critical thinker.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
