Role Objectives:
As a Business Development Manager - Payments Acceptance, you will be leading partnerships, product development, and end-to-end service delivery. Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation, financial planning, and roadmap execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the Breadfast Pay’s presence in the fintech and payments sectors.
  • Identify, approach, and establish relationships with key partners, including banks, payment schemes, fintechs, and technology providers.
  • Develop value propositions for products, pricing, and positioning for the product ranges.
  • Oversee the product/service End to End including CX, operations, product and
  • Technology and work closely with them to provide a seamless fintech product
  • Collaborate with the product, finance and other departments to set the strategy for the Fintech products/services roadmap.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all CBE regulations and internal policies, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Strictly comply with Bank standards, including AML, internal control, compliance, and other related requirements.
  • Develop and enhance the operation cycle (workflow) and design processes to deliver the desired product/service promise to the customer.
  • Coordinate with the finance team on budgeting and other financial analysis.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Sufficient relevant experience within digital payments and Fintechs for more than 3 years in this industry and having overall experience within 8-12 years.
  • Strong understanding of the payments landscape, including payment gateways, wallets, BNPL, cross-border payments, and emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the payments sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent command English and Arabic.
  • The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter that can be effective in fast-paced environments.
