• Find new methods of searching for the best possible locations for Breadfast expansion targets, arranging visits for recommended potential.
  
• Ensure all contract negotiations, terms and signatures are done in accordance with Breadfast guidelines.
• Maintain good relations with brokers and facility owners, deliver new contracts, renewals and terminations.
• Ensure all payment receipts are delivered to owners and suppliers monthly by assigning team members to groups of owners.
• Perform duties according to the launch process for each facility type.
• Execute the delivery of each facility in terms of finalizing operational requirements and handing over to the operating department, i.e operations, production, quality, etc.
• Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers for installment schedules and site delivery.
• Maintain high levels of communication with Operations, quality assurance and facilities teams for complete delivery of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a related area.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in project management, demonstrating ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to contributing to the team.
