The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to
drive awareness and leads. They will be involved in planning, segmentation, creative development, and execution.
The role also includes contributing to content marketing initiatives aligned with campaign objectives and target
audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies and content aligned with
overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and
touchpoints.
● Create compelling and engaging content for a variety of marketing communication materials, including all
Social media channels by creating mood boards and end-to-end video/photoshoot session ownership
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, operations, and Central teams, to
gather information and insights for content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and
objectives.
● Manage and maintain the company's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines, ensuring consistency and
adherence across all communication materials.
● Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across various channels, such as digital
advertising, social media, content marketing, events, and public relations.
● Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication campaigns, leveraging data and
insights to optimize messaging and improve overall effectiveness.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and customer insights to identify new
opportunities and develop innovative communication strategies.
● Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders to
maximize brand exposure and secure media coverage.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
● 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing integrated marketing
campaigns.
● Proven track record of success in driving results and achieving marketing objectives.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
cross-functional teams.
● Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
