Job Purpose:
An inventory lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the inventory and record-keeping, their main goal is to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for Products refill on shelves & Display.
- Update stocks on system.
- Monitor receiving goods either from our internal facilities team or suppliers.
- Ensure the inventory is sufficient to support the needs of order fulfillment.
- Responsible for goods organization as per FEFO.
- Review expiry dates for all products and make sure that products are removed from stocks as per company policies, shelf life.
- Inspect products for defects and damage.
- Minimize the time spent unloading inbound trucks.
- Ensure that all products received are added to the system within 30 minutes of their receipt.
- Ensure FP cleanness and organized daily.
