• Assist in managing Dark store Operations on the ground.
• Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately.
• Prevent product damage and shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Effectively monitors the flow of goods through the stock management system.
• Prepare necessary SOPs for fulfillment processes.
• Assist in analyzing current operations and make recommendations on ways to improve.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service by immediately attending to and resolving customer issues.
• Manage the last mile delivery operations including fleet optimization & assigning.
• Design and optimizing the storage, handling, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ensure safety & quality compliance across the full premises.
