About the role:
- As an IT Manager at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our information technology infrastructure and systems.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related functions.
Job Description:
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- System Administration: Manage enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Security Management: Develop and implement IT security policies and controls.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and performance management for IT members.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage IT budget effectively.
Job Requirements:
- +6 years of Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related college.
- Excellent Teamwork and Communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
