About the Role

We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Agent who will be the first point of contact for our customers handling incoming calls and messages, ensuring excellent service, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Service

  • Handle inbound calls and messages professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.

  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure their needs are fully met.

Problem Solving

  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer complaints.

  • Provide customized solutions that fit client needs.

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up until resolved.

Sales Growth

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales through understanding customer needs.

  • Present offers or additional services to encourage purchasing.

  • Strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service experiences.

Order Management

  • Process and document all orders to ensure accurate execution.

  • Track orders throughout the fulfillment process until final delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Personal Development

  • Continuously improve negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Stay up to date with product and service knowledge.

  • Use customer feedback to enhance personal performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service or inbound sales.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer engagement abilities.
