Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community and Influencers Specialist to grow and engage our online community while leading influencer collaborations that amplify our brand voice in the EdTech space. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and trend awareness to foster a vibrant, engaged audience and impactful influencer campaigns that support growth, reach, and brand affinity.
Roles and Responsibilities
Influencer Planning & Collaboration
Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand’s mission and student-focused audience.
Negotiate contracts, define deliverables, and manage timelines for influencer partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
Execute influencer and community campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord).
Monitor campaign progress and measure performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Provide regular reporting and data-driven insights to optimize ongoing strategies.
Community Growth & Engagement
Manage and grow online communities by initiating conversations and fostering interaction.
Respond to community inquiries and feedback with empathy and brand consistency.
Organize digital events, Q&A sessions, or meetups to enhance community bonding.
Creative Ideation & Trend Spotting
Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends relevant to Gen Z and the EdTech space.
Propose new creative campaign ideas and formats that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver impactful, timely messages.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in influencer marketing, community management, or digital engagement — preferably in a startup or youth-focused brand.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and creator ecosystems.
A passion for education, youth engagement, and digital culture.
